i loved how the hotel rooms are very clean i see them cleaning every day. the hotel features sufficient pools and one big pool is heated which is amazing.
the hotel dont have air conditioning in the corridors i feel really hot.

the staff were super friendly. they were always smiling. the pools were great for families. my kids loved the aqua playground, it had so many cool features.
the corridors near the rooms did not have air conditioning, it was a bit stuffy.

I thought the kids club animation was excellent. The mini disco is GREAT! The hotel has good activities for children. The mascots show, clown show, and foam party had lots of balloons.
